Who is the daughter of Pharaoh named Scota? Is she mentioned in The Bible, or is this historical tradition?

Let me give a short summary to your question, and then I’ve covered some matters below more in depth.

The word ‘Hibernia’ was an ancient name for today’s Ireland. ‘Hibernia’ means ‘Hebrews’. Ancient Spain, called ‘Iberia’, which also is a name for ‘Hebrew’, was setup by the Hiberni migrating north to the isles. The Cimmerian (Celts or Gauls, Goths, Scythians, Normans, Norse, Germani, Angles, Saxons) peoples are of the ‘house of Israel’ which were captive to ancient Assyria, and they became the founders of the European nations. So the ancient histories of Ireland link one of the “king’s daughters” (Scotia) with Hibernia. Many from Hibernia later moved to Alba (ancient land of Scotland), and that term ‘Scoti’ began to stick there, mixing with the Picts (another migration of Israelites), thus became the later name for today’s nation ‘Scotland’.
     The ‘Milesians’ (Milesus) were a people which migrated to ancient Ireland and began to rule. Tradition has it they had among them of the descendants of the ‘scarlet thread’ of Judah, another seed of Judah by Biblical Tamar (Gen.38). Scota, or her daughter ‘Tea Tephi’ supposedly married a Milesian prince, ‘Eochaidh’ (Heremon or Eremon), a ‘scarlet thread’ branch, which began the Royal dynasty of Kings and Queens of ancient Ireland, Scotland, and Great Britain.
     That tradition connects Scota as being one the “king’s daughters” of Zedekiah, the last king over the ‘house of Judah’ in the Holy Land. God told Jeremiah that He set him up to be a prophet unto “the nations” (Jer.1:5). This mission God gave for Jeremiah to help in was to fulfill the prophecy given back in Gen.48 that the half-tribe of Ephraim, the youngest of Joseph’s two sons, was to become “a multitude of nations”:

And Jeremiah’s (‘Ollam Fodhla’ of tradition) job was to help fulfill God’s prophecy that He would tear down the high branch (house of Judah in the Holy Land under king Zedekiah), and then plant downward, and build upward, setting up ‘another’ kingline from the seed of Judah in the new lands He gave Israel (see Hosea also). And that kingline is STILL upon the throne even today. The Royal Sceptre of Judah is held today by Queen Elizabeth II in Great Britain, which is symbolic Ephraim, a literal “multitude of nations” with the British Commonwealth of Nations.
     Ephraim’s elder brother, Manessah (means ‘forgetful’), would carry the other part of the ‘double-portion’ Birthright to Israel, and is The United States of America today. All the Western European nations along with the ’13th’ tribe (U.S.), make up the ‘house of Israel’ today, with Ephraim as its Head. Queen Elizabeth II was coronated in 1953 upon the ‘Stone of Scone’, traditionally heralded as the ‘Jacob’s Pillar’ Stone. Her coronation was very close in ceremonial fashion to the very rituals of coronation of ancient kings of Israel, even to the ‘anointing’ with Oil.
     Much of this info, the Kenite does their best to tear down. For this reason, those ‘seanachies’ have no doubt been heavily protected over the centuries, even today. E. Raymond Capt has probably done the best research to date on the Lost Tribes, and he has access to those ancient Irish and Scottish histories. I highly recommend his works. This is a ‘powerful’ teaching, and not that many can handle it. The Kenite will even use ‘racism’ to try and tear it down, but this info has just as much importance to the Gentile believers on Christ as it does for today’s remnants of the ancestral ‘house of Israel’ of Europe and the Americas. It shows God’s Promises to His People are True, and further shows His prophecies come to pass as written! It proves God’s existence and blessings to His. And the Gentile believers on Christ Jesus get to reap in these Blessings from our Heavenly Father, becoming part of Israel also! (see Isaiah 49:6; 11:10; Isa.42; Isa.54; 66).
